I made a dramatic shift in my career from leading teams in Technical Support at Cisco, to Human Resources, where I created an internal career guidance center and coaching practice. I now have my own Career Coaching practice so that I can work with individuals from every industry. Change does not come without hard work. Through my personal experiences and my formal education/certifications in coaching and career counseling, I can now guide others through these transitions.
I have spent the last 20 years assisting professionals discover their own unique strengths and potential. After working with over 500 clients, I know how career change happens, and how anyone can find more fulfillment in work and life. Career Coaching Are you planning a major change in your career? Are you ready to start planning for what you had always said that you would do "someday"? I may recommend a formal assessment, such as the EQ-I or Hogan Inventories to determine what your strengths are, or what may be holding you back. We will work together to make sure you know what you want to do next, have a plan to get there, and then we work together throughout your journey. Career concerns are often top of mind, but fall to the bottom of the to do list. Allow me to help you do the work to make change happen. Leadership Development and Career Support Assessments: Hogan: Includes the Personality Inventory, Development Survey, and the Motives Values and Preferences Inventory http://www.hoganassessments.com/ EQ-I 2.0: Assessing and evaluating an individual’s emotional intelligence can help establish the need for targeted development programs and measures. This, in turn, can lead to dramatic increases in the person’s performance, interaction with others, and leadership potential. https://tap.mhs.com/AboutEmotionalIntelligence.aspx |
